No worries, they called it back and in 5 min it came to pick us up. Just make sure to ask at what time it will be leaving! The cruise It's nice as well, but without any explanation, it just…”

Viator customer service is impossible to reach. Very disappointed. City sightseeing bus was fine though. Nice people. Good routes. Suggest you drop affiliation with Viator if possible.”
