“Viator is poor. Paid for 3 tickets (charged 11/3/24) and never received voucher. Tried multiple ways to get voucher without success. Had to repurchase and now will dispute Visa charge. Viator customer service is impossible to reach. Very disappointed. City sightseeing bus was fine though. Nice people. Good routes. Suggest you drop affiliation with Viator if possible.”
