Sadly, because our tour was the day before Christmas, some of the major attractions on the tour were closed for Christmas. However, Jose made sure we were compensated because of this! “The historical and cultural sites we visited exceeded our expectations. However, the overall tour was a disappointment. The group was made up of persons speaking two different languages. The tour guide managed to accommodate both, but unfortunately it not only detracted from the overall experience and caused the tour to be exceptionally and unnecessarily lengthy, delaying our return as well as impacting plans we had made for that evening.”
