“I registered for and paid for this two-day tour on 9/7/25. I received conversation emails and information regarding the pickup. I arrived early, and didn’t see the guide. At 1:01, I used the Viator app’s “contact tour operator” feature to reach out to the tour company. I heard nothing. At 1:19 and 1:33, I tried again. At that point I used the link in the app to contact Viator directly.
